  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize Nestlé's products and services effectively
  • Track and measure customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving customer loyalty
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization, ensuring their feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements
