About the Role
As an Executive Assistant at NTPC, you'll be the right-hand person to a senior leader, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. You'll manage their calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role is a perfect fit for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines.
- Prepare presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Streamline communication by handling emails, phone calls, and inquiries efficiently.
- Organize and manage meetings, ensuring timely agenda preparation and distribution of minutes.
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively manage their workload.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Research and prepare briefing materials on relevant topics.
- Manage travel logistics and ensure smooth business trips.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
Experience:
This role is open to both experienced professionals and highly motivated freshers. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and strong organizational skills can also apply.
