Summary

As an Office Coordinator at NTPC, you'll wear many hats, playing a crucial role in keeping our office operations running efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from managing calendars and scheduling meetings to coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office calendars and schedules for assigned personnel, ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Process expense reports accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
  • Prepare presentations and documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formatting guidelines.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Manage office communication systems, such as phone calls and emails, routing inquiries efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure the proper storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues and catering.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Experience
