Job Summary

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You'll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including facilities management, travel arrangements, budget monitoring, and scheduling. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office space and facilities, including maintenance, security, and supplies
  • Oversee travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
  • Develop and maintain office filing systems and document management procedures
  • Monitor office budgets and expenses
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Order office supplies and equipment
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field (or demonstrably relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or management role
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • A positive and professional demeanor

Experience

This role is well-suited for individuals with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an office administration or management role. Prior experience in the energy sector is a plus. Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle pressure are essential.
