Responsibility

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about Ola's products and services, including ride booking, food delivery, and micro-mobility.
• Assist customers with booking rides, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
