Responsibility

• Provide first-level technical support to PolicyBazaar customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to PolicyBazaar products and services
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Provide clear and concise instructions to customers in a way that is easy to understand
• Document and track customer interactions
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
