• Gather and document data from various sources, including interviews, surveys, and existing documentation
• Design and develop software solutions using appropriate programming languages and development methodologies
• Create and maintain software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and test plans
• Test and debug software applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements
