Job Summary:
We're seeking a creative, energetic, and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, from developing content for social media and digital platforms to assisting with market research and campaign execution. You'll collaborate with experienced marketing professionals, gain exposure to various marketing disciplines, and contribute to the success of a leading Indian automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging content (social media posts, website copy, email marketing materials) aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers).
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Brand Management:
- Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on current marketing trends and best practices to maintain Tata Motors' competitive edge.
- Assist with media relations activities and manage press inquiries (as needed).
- Marketing Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed.
- Assist with organizing marketing events and trade shows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting clear and concise messaging.
