Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at TCS, you'll be a champion for our customers, ensuring their journey with our solutions is not only smooth but also delivers exceptional value. You'll become a trusted advisor, proactively engaging with them to understand their unique goals and challenges. Working collaboratively across internal teams, you'll develop and implement comprehensive customer success plans that drive adoption, usage, and ultimately, business results. You'll also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying potential risks for churn, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role that offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career within a global IT leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical support, account management) to develop comprehensive customer success plans.
  • Implement and manage customer success plans, tracking key metrics and progress.
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to measure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify potential risks for churn and develop strategies for customer retention.
  • Manage and deliver customer success programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure customers are leveraging our solutions to their fullest potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus.

Experience:

This role is open to both recent graduates (freshers) with a strong academic background and demonstrably relevant skills, as well as experienced professionals with a proven track record in customer success or account management.
