Job Summary:

As a Quality Control Coordinator, you'll be the guardian of quality within our projects. You'll develop and implement robust quality control plans, conduct thorough inspections and testing, and identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will be instrumental in ensuring our deliverables meet the highest standards. You'll also play a key role in collaborating with our development and delivery teams to maintain a smooth workflow and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans for assigned projects.
• Conduct inspections and testing procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document defects and errors in a timely manner.
• Analyze the root cause of issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development and delivery teams to resolve quality control problems.
• Maintain and update quality control documentation, including test plans, reports, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and quality control methodologies.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or a related field (freshers can apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of quality control methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile principles a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

We welcome applications from both experienced Quality Control professionals and enthusiastic freshers. For experienced candidates, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred. Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for quality control are also encouraged to apply.
