TCS is looking for Customer Success Managers to join our growing team and help us ensure the success of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer success principles and practices, as well as experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, developing and executing customer success plans, and managing customer accounts. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, and working with other teams within TCS to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
