Key Responsibilities

- Input and manage sales transaction data to ensure accurate record keeping and financial reporting.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Classify and categorize data according to established procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, logistics, and other operational areas (as required).
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Assist with data analysis projects as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on data entry procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry role (preferred).
Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy (minimum 40 wpm).
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry role. Recent graduates with strong computer skills, a focus on accuracy, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
