• Source and identify potential candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to make hiring recommendations and extend job offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics.
