Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding food ordering, deliveries, account management, and Zomato services.
  • Process customer requests and orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure clear communication throughout the resolution process.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and promote additional Zomato services.
  • Adhere to Zomato's customer service guidelines and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date on Zomato's policies, promotions, and menu offerings.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and information.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Experience

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role. Recent graduates with strong communication skills, a helpful personality, and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
