Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive Zomato experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for food!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate and helpful information about Zomato services, restaurants, and offers
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery details
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, striving for a positive resolution
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Upsell and cross-sell Zomato offerings to enhance customer experience (optional)
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently
• Proficient in computer skills and comfortable navigating various software programs
• Positive attitude, a can-do spirit, and a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Experience
