Job Summary:

As a Zomato Delivery Partner, you'll be the face of Zomato for our customers. You'll be responsible for picking up freshly prepared meals from restaurants and delivering them to customers' doorsteps within the designated timeframe. Your friendly and professional demeanor will ensure a positive experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up orders from restaurants efficiently, ensuring they are complete and prepared correctly.
• Deliver orders to customers' locations promptly and safely, following traffic regulations and adhering to designated delivery routes.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on order status and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, reflecting positively on the Zomato brand.
• Utilize the Zomato delivery app effectively to manage deliveries, track routes, and communicate with customers and restaurants.
• Follow all Zomato safety protocols and hygiene guidelines to ensure food quality and customer well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of 10th standard pass or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and restaurant staff.
• Ability to navigate efficiently using a smartphone and the Zomato delivery app.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and a well-maintained two-wheeler for deliveries.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Physically fit and able to handle carrying food orders of varying weights.

Experience:

We welcome both freshers and experienced delivery personnel. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality are valued more than prior experience.
