Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to join our dynamic BPO team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many Zomato users, handling a variety of inquiries and requests. You'll provide clear and accurate information, troubleshoot any issues related to the Zomato platform, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding restaurant listings, menus, ordering process, delivery tracking, account management, and promotions through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and identify the root cause of any issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information about Zomato services based on company guidelines.
- Offer solutions to customer problems, ensuring their satisfaction with the resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Work towards achieving customer satisfaction targets.
- Data Quality and Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date restaurant information within the Zomato platform.
- Process and manage customer data efficiently and securely.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on Zomato's features, services, restaurant listings, and delivery processes.
- Actively participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service, Zomato offerings, and relevant technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+2 or equivalent qualification (or actively pursuing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen attentively and understand customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions independently or collaborate with other departments.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including internet navigation and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
