• Provide information about Zomato's products and services, including restaurant menus, order status, and delivery times.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
